Arguments can be dangerous
Pause, take a breath, continue.
Arguing is risky, especially when you’re clashing with someone you care for or something you care about. Discussions, debates, talk, these conversations are controlled. Contained, maybe firm, maybe even polite. But arguing, gets easily out of hand, the volume goes up, veins pop out of your neck, your throat hurts from yelling. This causes anxiety, stress, and often much worse, damage that can last for hours, days, or forever.
And worse: the argument seldom solves the problem at hand.
Chill out. Be reasonable. Talk it out.
